Badminton Venues
1. Bernie Mullane Sports Complex at Marella Avenue - Kellyville
Our home court since June 2004.
This Sports Complex is a facility of the Baulkham Hill Shire Council and is managed by YMCA. It features a multi-purpose indoor court where basketbal, volleyball, badminton and other indoor games can be played. There are also outdoor courts for football and tennis.
The indoor games hall can be divided into 6 badminton courts. Lighting during daytime is natrual sunlight. This can be a problem as the skylights appear to be too glaring when the sun is bright. On the other hand the lighting can fluctuate very rapidly if the are moving clouds.

2. Kellyville Park at Memorial Avenue - Kellyville
We used to play at this place until June 2004 when we switched to the present venue.
Suggested route to Bernie Mullane Sports Complex:
Turn into Showground Road from Old Northern Road. Take the right lane after passing the 4th set of traffic lights (Gilbert Road).
Turn right at the 5th set of traffic lights which is at the junction between Showground Road and Victoria Road. Drive all the way along Victoria Road until a round-about which is at the junction between Victoria Road and Wrights Road. In front you will also see a car park and shopping centre with Woolworth and Coles. Turn right at the round-about into Wrights Road.
Turn left at the next round-about into Green Road. AFter turning into Green Road, you will see William Clarke College at the right-hand side of the road. Keep driving along Green Road until a round-about at the junction between Green Road, Marlee Avenue on the left and Catti Creek Drive on the right. Turn left at the round-about. Keep going until the next round-about. Bernie Mullane Sports Complex is at the left-hand side. Turn left at the round-about into the car park.
